Key research line: Multivariate Correlated Data Analysis

Description

In biostatistics, among others, one is often confronted with the simultaneous analysis of several variables, which are often measured repeatedly over time. This calls for the analysis of multivariate correlated data. In this research line parametric, semi-parametric and non-parametric analysis techniques are developed. The focus is on the following applications:
(a) modelling of multivariate repeated measurements;
(b) joint modelling of repeated measurements and survival times;
(c) modelling of multivariate censored observations using copulas with flexible marginals. Frequentist as well as Bayesian techniques are developed.
